Do you need
your people
to look like
Leaders?
LinkedIn for Leadership Teams
"People deal with people—that's why the personal brands of your people matter to your business."
What do others see when they look at your leadership team members on LinkedIn?
Do we see a team?
Or just a ragtag group of individuals?
Do we see people united by a shared purpose and vision?
Or nothing about what drives them to succeed?
Do we see people whose skills and experience are clearly valuable?
Or no reason why they're in leadership roles?
Is your success being impacted by these challenges?
- attracting good people
- getting finance and investment
- winning customers
- getting political backing
- building community support
Is this because when candidates or investors or ministerial staff check out your company on LinkedIn, your leaders just don't look that credible. Could that be a problem for you?
Relax, it's easily fixed.
Your leaders' presence on LinkedIn can be quickly upgraded and that's exactly how I can help you.

Hello, I'm Wendy Pavey
I'm a Brand and Career Strategist with deep experience in leveraging LinkedIn to create an effective presence for leaders and leadership teams.
Here's what I've learned is the key to a successful company LinkedIn presence:
The key to success is balancing the corporate goals with individual self-interest.
It can be very tricky to ask team members to wear the company 'face' for their LinkedIn profile.
To succeed with this, organisations need to balance their interests with the individual's self-interest.
The most effective way to do this is to use an experienced brand strategist to establish an approach of mutual cooperation.
Usually, it's not successful to expect your internal Comms, PR or marketing people to do this.
It's awkward for them and uncomfortable for your leaders.
Organisations need to allow their leaders the ability to speak frankly—and confidentially—to an outside expert about their career goals.
My experience is that getting corporate branding across private profiles requires the use of a trusted third party.
That's where I come in.
I bring more than a decade's experience in executive career strategy, guiding respected senior leaders from well known companies to achieve professional success.
Here are some of my clients and client companies:

Here's what I do
Strategy
I'll make sure you have a clear strategy for your leadership team's LinkedIn presence that supports your corporate goals.
As needed, I'll work closely with your Comms / Public Affairs / Marketing people (internal and external) to achieve alignment.
Execution
This work needs a hands-on approach in order to get good outcomes.
I'll facilitate group implementation workshops and 1:1 sessions so your profiles are upgraded fast, to the expected standard.

Choose flexible options tailored to your needs
I provide individual sessions, group sessions and a mix of both
Individual sessions
This option is ideal for very busy individuals who need a Done For You option.
Each member of the leadership team has a private 90 minute session with me.
We undertake a detailed top-to-bottom walkthrough of their profile, adding company-branded content as per the agreed strategy.
We upgrade their overall profile presentation to enhance the perception of them as an impressive leader.
We also review their personal career goals and ensure their profile is aligned to those goals.
Investment:
Based on a six person team, the cost is $13,200 or $2,200 per person ex gst.
Sessions are in-person or via Zoom. Zoom sessions can be held outside business hours.
Group workshop + 1:1 sessions
This is a time-efficient and cost effective solution that consistently gets the best outcome.
It combines an interactive group workshop with private 1:1 sessions for your leadership team.
In the 90 minute workshop, we add the company-branded content as per the agreed strategy.
This is followed by a private 45 minute session with me for each member of the leadership team. We review their profile and ensure it's aligned with their personal career goals.
Investment:
Based on a six person team, the cost is $9,000 or $1,500 per person ex gst.
Both the workshop and 1:1 sessions can be held in-person or via Zoom. Zoom sessions can be held outside business hours.
Group workshop
This is an effective solution when your leadership cohort is highly motivated to support the company agenda for LinkedIn.
In a hands-on interactive 90 minute workshop, we add the company-branded content as per the agreed strategy.
You can include additional company employees in the workshop audience. Larger groups of more than 10 typically require additional Q&A time in the workshop, which may be at additional cost. The workshop content is suitable for employees at all levels.
This option does not include private sessions or email support.
Investment:
The cost is $5,900 ex gst for a workshop of up to 10 attendees.
The workshop can be held in-person or via Zoom. A Zoom workshop can be held outside business hours.
My experience says your organisation will get far better outcomes when you combine group training with one-on-one guidance.
Here's what a "delighted" company CEO says:

"Southern Cross Support Services engaged Wendy Pavey to deliver a company branding program for our executive leadership. The purpose was to grow our employer brand and build the personal brands of our senior leaders.
The program combined a virtual workshop with one to one sessions for our 8 person executive team.
All the leaders enjoyed their sessions with Wendy and continue to use their learnings to bring greater professionalism to our brand and our LinkedIn presence.
I am delighted with the outcomes and am more than happy to recommend Wendy's program."
Here's what these senior leaders say:

"I highly recommend Wendy to polish your LinkedIn profile.
In just over one hour with her, I have updated my LI profile, learning simple behind-the-scenes tips on how to best utilise the LI platform to better market myself in the digital world.
Am so appreciative of the insights you've shared."
Caroline White, Organisational Change Manager

"Wendy's advice and guidance has been invaluable.
She has assisted me with refreshing my LinkedIn page and the difference has been amazing.
Her insights into how to position your executive brand, sharing of her knowledge and support has been so helpful.
She is a master in helping you make your brand professional but also personal and natural to you."
Toni Hawkins, Chief Financial Officer
This is the process:
1. Preliminary Strategy Planning
– We agree how essential items such as a company background banner will be developed and made available.
– We agree on the pre-work (if any) that's required prior to the workshop and sessions.
– We agree the date and communication process.
2. Workshop and/or Session delivery
– I deliver the workshop and/or 1:1 sessions as agreed.
For 1:1 session bookings, I use a simple scheduling tool (Calendly) to enable your leaders to quickly and easily book in their private session at their convenience.
3. Outcomes Reporting
– We debrief at the conclusion of the workshop and sessions to determine overall outcomes.
– We agree any ongoing support that might be required.
